Role Overview

• Skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) design and execution.
• The candidate will manage end-to-end project activities, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and effective coordination among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Planning

- Review structural designs for PEB projects.

- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.

• Execution / Construction

- Oversee site activities for PEB erection and civil works.

- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards.

• Stakeholder Coordination

- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution.

- Resolve technical issues and ensure timely approvals.

• Documentation and Reporting

- Review & maintain project reports, drawings, and quality records.

Required Minimum Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Required Skills (mandatory)

• Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of PEB design principles and software (STAAD Pro).

- Hands-on experience in PEB execution and erection.

• Soft Skills

- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.

- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

• Preferred Skills

- Exposure to commercial building projects.

- Knowledge of project management tools.

Minimum Experience

Minimum 10 years in PEB projects.
