B.Tech or B.E in Civil Engineering.

Project Head

Key Responsibilities

Lead the
planning, execution, and successful completion
of construction projects.
Ensure adherence to
timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive project success.
Manage
project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
effectively.
Ensure compliance with
safety regulations, statutory requirements, and building codes
.
Proactively resolve issues and mitigate risks during the construction lifecycle.
Provide
regular progress reports and updates
to senior management.

Qualifications

Minimum
15 years of experience
in the construction industry.
B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering
from a recognized institution.
Demonstrated success in
end-to-end delivery of IT campuses, IT parks, or commercial building projects
.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and project management capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines.
