Role Overview: As a Project Lead at Texura, you will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring that Texura's collections reflect a blend of heritage craftsmanship and modern trends. Your role will require leadership, creativity, and attention to detail to deliver elegant, sustainable, and contemporary outfits crafted in khadi, cotton, linen, and silk. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage textile & apparel projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. - Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, tailors, and production teams to ensure accurate designs and timely delivery. - Plan project timelines, budgets, and allocate resources effectively. - Engage with fabric suppliers and artisans for sourcing khadi, cotton, linen, and silk materials. - Uphold quality standards for traditional and contemporary outfits. - Drive design innovation while preserving craftsmanship. - Act as a liaison between creative, operational, and sales teams. - Monitor project KPIs, provide progress reports, and address any bottlenecks. - Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or a related field. - 5+ years of project management experience in textiles, fashion, or apparel. - Profound understanding of fabric behavior and garment construction for khadi, cotton, linen, and silk. - Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing cross-functional teams. - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office. - Passion for traditional textiles and modern design aesthetics.
