Project Lead

As a Project Lead at Texura, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution. You will lead and manage textile & apparel projects from inception to completion, coordinating with designers, pattern makers, tailors, and production teams to ensure design accuracy and timely output. Your role will involve planning and monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Moreover, you will liaise with fabric suppliers and artisans for khadi, cotton, linen, and silk procurement to maintain quality standards for traditional and contemporary outfits. Your creativity and leadership will drive innovation in design processes while preserving craftsmanship. Acting as the bridge between creative, operational, and sales teams, you will track project KPIs, report progress, and resolve bottlenecks. Mentoring junior team members and promoting a culture of collaboration are also key responsibilities. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Apparel Production, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in project management within textiles/fashion/apparel. - Strong knowledge of fabric behavior (khadi, cotton, linen, silk) and garment construction. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to handle cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office. - A passion for both traditional textiles and modern design sensibilities.
