We Are Hiring: Head of Projects (Associate Director / Director Level)

Location: Patna

Energy / Solar Mini-Grid Sector

Experience: 10–14 Years

Head of Projects

This is a pivotal leadership role driving operational excellence, digital project management, regulatory coordination, partner development, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the project & construction organization to scale globally

Coordinate with DISCOMs for approvals and regulatory compliance

Develop digital systems and tools for real-time project monitoring

Manage resources (manpower, materials, machinery) and ensure timely delivery

Drive project profitability, cost monitoring, and milestone achievement

Build EPC partnerships for scaling 30–50 sites/month

Oversee project planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and documentation

Strengthen cross-functional collaboration and provide continuous feedback loops

Ensure safety standards, quality, and on-site compliance

Train and mentor technical teams to maintain a competitive, high-quality workforce

Requirements

10–14 years of experience in the solar or distributed energy sector

Strong understanding of solar project execution & management

PV installation certification (preferred)

B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Electronics Engineering

Strong problem-solving, digital mindset, and systems thinking

Tech-savvy with experience managing large-scale project portfolios

Willingness to travel (quarterly travel to Nigeria)

Compensation

25–30 LPA (including variable)
