Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or any related field
• Basic knowledge of operations, coordination, or event activities
• Experience in ticketing or travel booking is an added advantage

Skills Needed

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Basic accounting/data entry knowledge
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work with different teams and vendors

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new franchisees and managing documentation
• Coordinate with franchisees for daily updates, support needs, and follow-ups
• Support ticket booking for events and resolve ticket-related issues
• Assist in booking travel and accommodation for franchisees, staff, and guests
• Handle basic accounting entries, invoice tracking, and petty cash updates
• Coordinate with event vendors (stage, sound, printing, catering, etc.)
• Track vendor timelines, services, and payments
• Maintain simple records, reports, and follow-up lists
• Support the operations team in day-to-day program activities
