Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project execution for solar PV and BESS projects, including pre-construction, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, regulatory, and finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Manage external stakeholders, including EPC contractors, consultants, government authorities, and land acquisition teams.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgetary controls, HSE standards, and quality benchmarks.
Drive contractor/vendor performance through rigorous project monitoring, risk mitigation, and regular reviews.
Lead project planning including WBS creation, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), cost estimation, and resource allocation.
Oversee grid connection and liaise with DISCOMs and transmission authorities for approvals and synchronization.
Support business development and tendering teams with technical inputs, project feasibility, and budgeting.
Prepare and present project status reports, risk registers, and progress dashboards to top management.
