Role Description

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end coordination of client projects, including events, brand activations, and campaigns.
• Develop project timelines, task lists, and schedules; monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Serve as a central point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor negotiations.
• Ensure all logistical and operational aspects are executed as per project requirements.
• Conduct project reviews and compile documentation for post-event analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, event management, or a related function within an agency or marketing environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and manage on-site event execution as required.
