Roles And Responsibilities

Ensuring smooth execution of projects by definingthe project scope, preparing schedule, review on project progress and cost asper required quality.
Close monitoring of critical pathactivities & escalation to ensure timely completion of activities.
Follow Safety Practices.
Acting as point of contact for allinternal functions and customers.
Close co-ordination with construction,site and customers during Erection.
Monitoring budget, tracking commercialdocumentations and cash collection.
Project status reporting and preparingcritical activities report, attending reviews.
Responsible for delivering customerexpectations.
Contract closure in all respect.
Cash Flow Monitoring.
Expediting Vendor Deliverable whereverrequired.
Co ordinating with Logistics/ Exim Team.
