Project Engineer

As a member of the team at Infrared Power Techsol Pvt. Ltd., you will be part of a company that is dedicated to a futuristic vision and offers innovative SCADA and monitoring solutions within the renewable energy sector. With a proven track record of designing, installing, and commissioning SCADA solutions for solar power plants totaling approximately 1500MW, we have successfully executed over 40 SCADA projects globally, with a focus on Europe, South-East Asia, and Africa. Our comprehensive range of services includes design, technical specifications, engineering, supply, testing, and commissioning of servers and client hardware or PLCs. We specialize in integration with external control centers, providing customer-tailored gateway solutions for communication protocols, SCADA Service Level Agreements, system improvements, new developments, configurations, as well as on-site and remote technical support. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and understanding project requirements related to SCADA, preparing project documentation such as SLDs, IO lists, specifications, manuals, and timelines, managing multiple projects independently, and acting as the interface between customers and the Project Development team. You will be involved in configuring and commissioning on-site and off-site servers for SCADA applications, as well as providing technical support to customers for any queries related to previous projects. To be successful in this role, you are required to have a BE/BTECH degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering, along with 2-4 years of industrial experience in Project Management and Instrumentation. Proficiency in configuring and deploying servers with operating systems such as Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2012/2016 is essential. Knowledge of SCADA/PLC systems and Modbus protocol is a prerequisite, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. Experience in IT administration would be advantageous for this position.
