Technical Support Engineer (Scada & Automation)

With a proven track record of designing, installing, and commissioning SCADA solutions for solar power plants totaling approximately 1500MW, we have successfully completed over 40 projects globally, focusing mainly on Europe, South-East Asia, and Africa. Our comprehensive range of services includes design, technical specifications, engineering, supply, testing, commissioning of servers, dataloggers, PLCs, integration with external control centers, custom gateway solutions for communication protocols, SCADA Service Level Agreements, enhancement of existing SCADA systems, new development, integration, configuration, and on-site/remote technical support. As a member of our team, your primary responsibility will involve configuring and troubleshooting our products to address customers" technical issues effectively. You will play a key role in facilitating communication between customers and internal teams, utilizing your expertise in complex networking environments to deliver exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Efficiently managing, analyzing, and resolving electronic issues/tickets. - Reproducing customer environments and conducting tests. - Serving as the liaison between after-sales, customers, and the development team to effectively address customer problems. - Troubleshooting and configuring SCADA software and hardware. - Configuring servers both on-site and off-site, and commissioning SCADA systems. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: - BE/BTECH in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering. - Minimum of 2 years" technical support experience. - 2-4 years of industrial experience in SCADA & PLC. - Proficiency in server configurations and deployment, including Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2012/2016. - Strong knowledge of SCADA/PLC and Modbus protocol. - Customer service orientation with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Strong troubleshooting skills. - Experience in IT administration would be advantageous.
