Job Description Job Title: Project Manager/Engineer Company: Sundex Process Engineers Pvt Ltd Location: Andheri East, Mumbai About Sundex Process Engineers Pvt. Ltd. Sundex Process Engineers Pvt. Ltd. deals in Turnkey Projects for Plants Oil Extraction Plants and Vegetable Oil Refinery based out of India providing Project Management phase Erection and Advisory Services since 1982. We have executed projects in 25 Countries. Overview : Project Manager We are seeking a dynamic Project Managerto Join our Team. In this Role, you will support us with Pre Sales & Post Sales Activities. You Need to be a Chemical Technologist / Chemical Engineer in Oil, fats & Waxes from a reputed Institute. You need to have experience in Erection, Commissioning & troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities • Project Planning & Design: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation on Greenfield & Brownfield Projects. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. • Coordination & Supervision: Coordinate activities among engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to project plans and schedule. • Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Resolve engineering issues and ensure solutions align with project goals • Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control procedures. Ensure all deliverables meet required standards and specifications. • Compliance & Safety: Ensure projects comply with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders. • Budget & Resource Management: Monitor project expenditures and resource utilization. Adjust plans as necessary to stay within budget and optimize resource allocation. Qualifications & Skills • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technologist in Oil, Fats & waxes from Reputed Chemical Technologist Institute. • Experience: 8-15 years of experience in project engineering/Manager with erection, Commissioning & trouble Shooting or a related role. Proven track record of successfully completed projects in SEP, VOR, Derivatives’, ETP, Boiler, Cooling Tower • Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and has Successfully minimize losses. • Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop effective solutions. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple tasks like Problem Solving, Conflict Management & Resolution Ability. • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in designs, documentation, and project execution. Working Conditions • Location: Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with potential travel to project sites as required. Need to have Valid Passport • Schedule: Full-time position with standard working hours.
