Project Engineer

Job Description

Job Title: Engineer – Projects Department: Projects & Site Execution Location: Doddaballapur, Karnataka Reporting To: Manager – Projects Key Responsibilities: Site Execution & Coordination: Understand and interpret installation and layout drawings. Plan and execute site installation activities as per project timelines. Manage and supervise manpower at project sites for smooth execution. Coordinate with internal teams and customers for timely site handover. Project Management: Track daily progress and ensure adherence to project schedules. Resolve on-site issues in coordination with design and operations teams. Ensure quality standards are met during installation and commissioning. Safety & Compliance: Enforce site safety guidelines and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure usage of PPE by all site workers. Documentation & Handover: Maintain daily site activity reports and installation records. Ensure proper documentation and sign-off during project handover to customers. Candidate Requirements: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical / Industrial /Civil/ Production Engineering/ 2–4 years of experience in project/site execution (preferably in industrial installation or fabrication) Ability to read engineering and installation drawings Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of site safety and statutory compliance Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
