Job Title: Production Engineer Department: Production & Operations Location: Doddaballapur, Karnataka Reporting To: Plant Head / Operations Manager Key Responsibilities: Production Operations: Interpret and understand engineering and production drawings accurately. Execute production planning and scheduling to meet daily and monthly targets. Supervise a production team of approximately 20 workers, ensuring optimum productivity. Technical Skills: Operate and oversee tasks related to press tools and CNC press brakes. Apply sound knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes. Quality & Safety: Conduct quality checks and implement control measures to ensure output meets standards. Enforce safety protocols and oversee daily shop floor maintenance. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process efficiency improvements. Coordinate with design and planning teams for production feasibility. Candidate Requirements: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical / Production Engineering 2–5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication, specifically with press tools and CNC press brakes Strong team handling and coordination skills Good understanding of production workflows and safety practices Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
