Project Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Project Supervisor – Civil with a strong understanding of interior finishing works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, coordinating civil and interior work, ensuring quality, and meeting project timelines. Responsibilities: Supervise all on-site civil construction and interior finishing work. Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution of the project. Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports. Inspect materials, workmanship, and resolve site-related issues proactively. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies. Manage site inventory and requisition of materials. Conduct quality checks and ensure timely completion of tasks. Assist in interior layout planning, measurement verification, and finishing schedules. Support in cost control, material optimization, and work planning. Education: Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field. Experience: 5–6 years of relevant experience in civil projects with exposure to interior fit-outs. Skills: Strong technical knowledge of civil construction and interior finishes (tiles, paint, POP, ceiling, woodwork, etc.). Ability to read and interpret drawings (architectural, structural, interior). Good coordination and communication skills. Knowledge of project scheduling and material planning. Familiarity with site safety and labor management.
