(Turnkey Project Development)

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the initiation, planning, design, and execution of turnkey engineering projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, and marketing) to understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present project proposals, technical documentation, and timelines for clients and management.
• Actively identify new business opportunities and engage with potential partners and vendors.
• Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.) for project drafting, visualization, and documentation (knowledge of CAD preferred but not mandatory).
• Conduct market research and contribute to strategic business development initiatives.
• Maintain thorough documentation, monitor industry trends, and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company quality guidelines throughout all phases of project management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Dairy, Good, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or a closely related discipline.
• 02 years' experience in engineering project management, business development, or related technical roles.
• Knowledge of CAD software is an asset; willingness to learn CAD tools is beneficial.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and team interactions.
• Ability to work independently and in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail, time management, and adaptability to dynamic project environments.
