📍 Location: Hyderabad | 🆔 Job Code: 4680 🧠 Experience: 20+ Years (Min. 5 years as Project Head/Manager for High-Rise or Mixed-Use Projects) 💰 Salary: ₹24 LPA – ₹34 LPAKey Responsibilities: • Overall responsibility for project delivery with a client-centric approach • Foster a safety-first culture; implement safety plans and site protocols • Define & implement project execution strategies using digital tools • Lead planning, execution & tracking of design, procurement, contracts, time, cost, quality, safety, change & risk management • Prepare execution plans, monitor progress, ensure compliance with codes & standards • Provide technical guidance, clear roadblocks, empower and collaborate with teams • Maintain quality standards through inspections and control procedures • Act as key liaison among clients, consultants, contractors & internal teams • Identify and mitigate project risksExperience & Skills Required: ✔️ Proven leadership of large multidisciplinary teams ✔️ Strong domain knowledge in Civil/Structural, with MEPF exposure ✔️ Experience delivering large-scale residential/commercial/mixed-use/hospitality projects ✔️ Familiarity with BIM 3D-4D-5D, digital project tools (preferred) ✔️ Excellent communication, leadership & conflict resolution skills ✔️ Agile, collaborative, and customer-centric mindset📩 Email your resume to: rajarajan@indusinfohr.com 📱 WhatsApp: 9840450314
