As a Project Coordinator in the E-learning Content Development team at our B2B agency, your role revolves around overseeing project delivery and coordination within the digital and e-learning environment. Working closely with the General Manager, internal development team, and clients, you will be responsible for tracking project progress, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring timely delivery. Your deep understanding of client needs will play a pivotal role in identifying potential upsell or repeat business opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate daily with the General Manager, creative teams, and clients to track progress and address any obstacles. - Review project outputs like storyboards, presentations, and animations to ensure quality and alignment with client expectations. - Provide regular project updates to clients, incorporate feedback, and oversee revisions. - Maintain project trackers and task boards using tools such as Trello or ClickUp. - Understand client goals to support solution delivery and recognize opportunities for business expansion. - Assist in documenting client requirements, review comments, and internal meeting notes. - Escalate timely to the GM on any scope deviations, risks, or client dissatisfaction. - Participate in post-delivery discussions for feedback gathering and proposing enhancements. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - 12 years of experience in project coordination, client delivery, or production support, preferably in e-learning or digital content. - Proficiency in e-learning components and tools such as storyboards, animations, and PowerPoint. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions. - Familiarity with project management tools like Trello or Monday.com. - Detail-oriented with the capability to prioritize tasks efficiently. - Interest in account development and building strong client relationships. **Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Mandatory):** - Experience with tools like Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Canva, or Google Suite. - Previous exposure to client servicing, handling client calls, or feedback. - Interest in sales coordination and business growth from existing accounts.
