Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Gurugram, India.

What we want:

• Assist Directors in planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
• Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and schedules.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
• Track project progress, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Monitor and report on project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
• Identify potential risks or delays and escalate issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Support with administrative tasks related to project management
  

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative/coordination role (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools. MS Project, PowerBI, AutoCAD, FTTX, FTTH will be a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  

• Background in the clean energy or electric vehicle (EV) sector.
• Familiarity with incentive programs and utilities within the United States.
