Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a Civil Engineering background to support the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, ensure timelines and budgets are met, and assist in technical oversight during all phases of project development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective project execution.
• Prepare and manage documentation including project plans, specifications, reports, and permits.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Support procurement processes, including sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships.
• Track project expenses and provide regular budget reports to management.
• Address project issues and communicate updates and risks to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
• Maintain and update project documentation and records using project management software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in civil engineering or construction project coordination.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, or Revit).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and cost control principles.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience with infrastructure, residential, or commercial projects.
• Familiarity with environmental and sustainability regulations.

Work Conditions:

• Office and on-site work environment.
• Travel to construction sites may be required.
• May involve extended hours to meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
