We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator
Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and good at managing multiple tasks at once? Join our team as a Project Coordinator and help us streamline operations, manage timelines, and ensure smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, problem-solving, and keeping things on track in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and timelines
Monitor project progress and follow up with stakeholders
Assist in client communication and status updates
Maintain detailed project documentation and reports
Work closely with team leads to ensure tasks are completed on time
Identify potential risks or delays and escalate them as needed
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Management, or related fields)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email management
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Experience in a similar role (project coordination or admin) is a plus
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
