Job Description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator located in Dehradun. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating between different departments, managing schedules, tracking project progress, creating project documentation, and assisting in resolving any challenges. The role also involves ensuring clear communication within the team and with stakeholders to meet project requirements effectively.

Qualifications

Project management and coordination skills, including task scheduling and time management
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in communication skills, both written and verbal
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience with project management tools and software is a plus
Attention to detail and ability to maintain comprehensive documentation
Teamwork and collaboration skills to ensure effective cross-departmental coordination
Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field is preferred
0-2 years of experience in gaming, animation, & CG industries would be an advantage
