Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Preparing tasks for employees based on departmental requirements.
• Updating and communicating task progress to the management, making necessary adjustments as needed.
• Collecting and sharing relevant data with the management for informed decision-making.
• Conducting review meetings with employees, team heads, leads, senior executives, and executives.
• Updating Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and sharing it with the management for reference.
• Leading and coordinating review meetings with the management.
• Ensuring meetings adhere to the designated schedules.
• Monitoring project progress and proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
• Serving as the point of contact for communication with employees regarding task completion.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive task documentation, SOPs, and reports.
• Ensuring adherence to standard processes throughout task completion.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in project management, covering the entire project lifecycle.
• Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
• Strong organizational skills, including effective multitasking and time management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to foster collaboration across teams.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools and proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Communication Skills in English, Telugu and Hindi.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or in a similar capacity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
