Project Coordinator

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Coordinator to drive project success, keep teams aligned, and champion our mission of delivering high-quality software on time.

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in planning and managing ERP projects, ensuring client satisfaction, fostering team performance, and meeting delivery goals. This is a dynamic leadership role where communication, coordination, and execution come together to create real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Delivery

• Plan and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Use tools like ERP Next to monitor progress and resolve blockers.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for on-time delivery.

Client Coordination

• Act as the main liaison for clients—sharing updates, gathering feedback, and aligning expectations.
• Lead regular client meetings and document discussions.
• Manage scope changes and ensure smooth requirement handovers.

Team Leadership

• Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of developers and designers.
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Support team growth through mentoring and performance feedback.

Quality & Delivery Assurance

• Ensure deliverables meet client requirements and internal quality standards.
• Coordinate testing, bug fixing, and deployment readiness.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain updated project documents, reports, and delivery reviews.
• Use ERPNext Project to present insights and updates to stakeholders.

Requirement:

• B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or team leadership within software/IT.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus.
• ERP systems knowledge (preferred).

Salary: ₹20,000 per month (during 3-month probation).

Post-Probation: Salary may be revised up to ₹25,000 per month based on performance and level of ownership demonstrated
