Job Summary

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Project Support & Planning

Assist Project Managers in preparing project plans, schedules, and timelines.
Break down business requirements into works, tasks, sub-tasks with well-defined

Acceptance criteria.

Ensure user stories are properly documented, prioritized, and ready for sprint execution.

Task Management

Create and manage
Works, Tasks, sub-tasks, and sprints
in Task Management Software
Maintain sprint backlogs and ensure timely status updates for all tasks.
Generate project reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Track risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate where necessary.

Coordination & Communication

Act as a bridge between developers, QA, designers, and project managers.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Document and circulate minutes of meetings (MoM) with clear action items.
Provide regular progress updates and ensure alignment with stakeholders.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project documentation including requirements, risk logs, and status reports.
Assist in preparing client presentations and project progress dashboards.• Support compliance with company processes and IT governance standards.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify risks and blockers early and document.
Coordinate with the team to ensure timely resolution and closure.
Escalate critical issues to the Project Manager for intervention.
