Project Coordinator (Telecom SaaS)

We are seeking highly motivated Project Coordinators to join our India office. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage client-facing projects in a fast-paced telecom SaaS environment.

Role & responsibilities:-

• Coordinate and manage telecom SaaS projects from initiation to delivery.
• Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive updates.
• Support client onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement activities.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure proactive resolution.
• Contribute to process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Candidate Profile:-

• Graduate or higher degree. Candidates with exposure to American universities education will be preferred.
• Currently based in India; willing to work from office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, telecom operations, or project management tools is preferred.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
