Job Title: Project Coordinator (Fresher) Industry: Elevator's Location: Bangalore Banashankari Department: Projects/Operations Reports to: Project Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Project Coordinator. This role involves supporting project managers in planning, executing, and closing elevator installation and service projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating elevator installation and service projects. Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules. Communicate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, service) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors). Track project progress and update status regularly. Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials for sites. Follow up with technicians and contractors for project updates. Help resolve on-site issues by coordinating with concerned departments. Maintain accurate records of work progress and material usage. Support compliance with safety, quality, and company standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil preferred). Strong organizational and time management skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Willingness to learn and grow in the elevator industry. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory): Internship or academic project exposure in construction or mechanical industries.
