Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and experience in project management tools to ensure seamless coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery.

2. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to track project progress.

3. Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.

4. Identify and address project risks or roadblocks.

5. Facilitate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.

6. Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.

7. Support resource allocation and task distribution.

8. Utilize project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana for tracking.
9. Candidate Must Experience in Client Handling Part for International.

Requirements:

1. 3 to 5 Years of experience in project coordination or management.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
