About the Role:
Wellness Extract is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support and streamline project execution across departments. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of tasks, maintain clear communication between teams, and keep project timelines on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines
• Track project progress and report updates to management
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain project documentation
• Identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
• 1 – 3 years of experience in project coordination or administration
• Proficiency in project management tools – Zoho Projects, Asana, or Jira
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
