Job Description

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager and site team in planning, coordinating, and monitoring all project activities. The role involves handling documentation, communication, scheduling, and ensuring smooth execution of day-to-day project operations for timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

·        Assist in preparing project schedules, work plans, and progress charts.

·        Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

·        Track daily, weekly, and monthly work progress.

·        Support in material planning and follow-up for timely procurement.

·        Maintain all project documentation including drawings, RFIs, MOMs (Minutes of Meetings), submittals, and approvals.

·        Prepare daily, weekly & monthly progress reports for management.

·        Ensure updated drawings and documents are available at site.

·        Act as a communication bridge between PMC, client, contractors, and site team.

·        Follow up for work orders, invoices, approvals, and site clearances.

·        Coordinate project meetings and circulate MOMs.

·        Assist the team in monitoring work quality as per drawings and specifications.

·        Maintain site safety documentation and checklists.

·        Support audits for quality, safety, and process compliance.

·        Track manpower, machinery, and material at site.

·        Handle reports related to budget tracking and cost control (if required).

·        Maintain logs for drawings, material approvals, and contractor billing.

Skills & Competencies

·        Strong communication and coordination skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·        Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, project documentation, and construction processes.

·        Ability to multitask and work under timelines.

·        Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.

Qualifications

·        Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.

5 + years of experience in construction, real estate, or PMC projects.
