We are expanding our team in Kozhikode and seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of our solar projects.

Job Summary

As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of solar projects in Kozhikode and nearby areas. You will work closely with the engineering, procurement, and installation teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan, coordinate, and monitor all stages of solar PV project execution.

* Prepare and maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.

* Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and in-house teams for smooth project progress.

* Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, safety compliance, and resolve issues.

* Track project budgets and report financial status to the management team.

* Maintain detailed project documentation, including permits, contracts, and reports.

* Organize project meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.

* Ensure compliance with Solstellar’s quality and safety standards, and relevant local and national regulations.

* Assist in obtaining necessary approvals from local authorities and utilities.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or a related field.

* 1-3 years of project coordination experience, preferably in the solar industry.

* Solid understanding of solar PV systems and installation practices.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam and English.

* Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Willingness to travel frequently to project sites within Kozhikode and nearby districts.

Preferred Skills

* Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

* Knowledge of solar design tools like AutoCAD, Helioscope, or PVsyst.

* Familiarity with Kerala’s KSEB guidelines and MNRE regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
