Role & responsibilities

Senior Project Coordinator

Experience: 13+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage civil works execution for

  industrial and commercial projects

  under PMC setup.
• Act as a key interface between

  client, consultants, contractors, and vendors

  to ensure smooth coordination.
• Support Project Manager in

  planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress

  using MS Project / Primavera.
• Oversee

  site execution, finishing, and structural works

  , ensuring adherence to drawings, quality, and safety standards.
• Review and control

  technical documentation

  drawings, RFIs, MOMs, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with

  procurement and billing teams

  for vendor approvals, BOQs, and measurement verification.
• Identify potential

  delays, design discrepancies, and site issues

  ; initiate timely corrective actions.
• Prepare and present

  daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  PMC quality systems, statutory codes, and client specifications

  .
• Supervise and mentor

  junior engineers and site coordination teams

  for effective project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering

• Diploma in Civil

• Minimum

  13 years experience

  in project coordination for

  industrial and commercial civil projects

  in a

  PMC or EPC environment

  .
• Proficient in

  MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  construction sequencing, quality standards, and safety norms

  .
• Excellent

  communication, coordination, and leadership

  abilities.
