Job Description

We are a renowned engineering consulting firm, focused on delivering excellence in project execution through effective project and contracts management, quality assurance, document control, risk assessment, and project controlling.
As a Project Coordinator, you ll work with our global team of experts to support Project Managers in delivering multidisciplinary engineering projects. You ll be involved across all project phases from planning to completion ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role reports to the Head of Project Management Office in India and supports projects anchored across COWI globally.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
  • Support PMs in planning, monitoring, and forecasting including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Track changes, risks, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, agendas, and documentation.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and project requirements.
  • Monitor project financials and performance metrics (earned value, reporting).
  • Ensure adherence to COWI s Project Management procedures and quality standards

Moreover, you have:
  • Master s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Mechanical or related)
  • 6+ years experience supporting PMs in engineering/construction project execution within Consulting, EPC, Infrastructure, Buildings, Renewable Energy or Oil & gas sector
  • Strong grasp of project management principles work breakdown, earned value, project plans.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with sound decision-making skills.
  • PMP certification or similar is an advantage.
