Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Utilize Zoho CRM software for effective communication and data management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in project coordination or related field (Building Materials, Construction, architecture/interior design, preferably Doors and Windows segment)
  • Excellent communication skills for client coordination and vendor follow-ups.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for design documentation preparation.
  • Strong understanding of Zoho Books for invoice processing and PO creation.
