Project Coordinator

As an individual contributing to project management, you will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your key responsibilities include: - Attending meetings and assisting in determining project documentation requirements. - Providing project administration support and monitoring requirements. - Tracking the progress and quality of work performed by the team. - Creating and maintaining Minutes of Meeting (MOM). - Using project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans and work hours. - Communicating relevant project information accurately to the client and project team. - Ensuring client needs are met in a timely manner and maintaining the Contract Execution Tracking Log. - Identifying and escalating priority issues. - Cooperating in determining benchmark figures for project implementation and decision documents for project release. - Planning project progress by defining sub-goals, milestones, tasks, time, and resource planning. - Planning personnel utilization by determining responsibilities and personnel planning. - Managing project personnel responsible for implementing project tasks, holding and chairing regular work meetings, motivating staff, managing conflicts, and crises. - Monitoring project progress and success, assessing risks and hazards to the project's success, and taking appropriate measures for avoidance. - Documenting project progress through project files and project logs. - Analyzing user specifications and requirements, converting them into Wireframes, and estimating deliverables to be delivered on time. - Documenting problems and resolutions for future reference. - Mentoring and ensuring the team continually strives for improvement and efficiency gains. - Understanding the functionality of applications and keeping the team updated. - Tracking and following up on pending approvals from the Client related to UX. - Maintaining consistency in icons, fonts, styles, and functionalities.,
