Project Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 2 4 years of experience to manage and oversee project-related activities, particularly in export/import coordination and multi-country trade execution. The ideal candidate will support smooth operational workflows by coordinating with internal teams, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

• Coordinate and oversee the execution of international trades across multiple countries.


• Ensure all trade transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.


• Act as a liaison between internal departments (engineering, logistics, finance) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors, freight forwarders).


• Manage and maintain accurate project records, including shipping documents, invoices, and compliance paperwork.


• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly operational and project status reports.


• Address and resolve queries from internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.


• Support export/import activities, including coordination with customs, logistics providers, and documentation teams.


• Monitor timelines, flag delays, and coordinate corrective actions to ensure timely deliveries.


• Facilitate effective internal communication and assist in project planning and progress tracking.

Education: Graduation or Diploma in Electronics or relevant technical/operations field.

• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.


• Experience with export/import documentation and compliance.


• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.


• Familiarity with ERP or project management tools is a plus.
