Job Description

About the Role

As the Project Coordinator, you will provide critical support to the Design & Development team by ensuring the smooth, day-to-day execution of our projects. You will be responsible for all administrative and tracking activities, freeing up our subject matter experts to focus on building great products.

What You Will Do

Work closely with development teams and SMEs to track daily progress and capture project status.
Proactively monitor and track all project deliverables and course assets.
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and capture key updates.
Ensure timely and accurate updates to the Time Tracker Sheet (TTS) for project progress.
Prepare and share weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports with D&D leads.
Manage the administrative aspects of documentation for our products, including IPR.
Support course delivery by assisting with course packaging and deployment activities.
Leverage GenAI for quality, productivity, and ways to automate routine activities using GenAI.

A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
A detail-oriented and organized professional with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for reporting.
A proactive, self-driven, and collaborative team player.
