Job Title: Production & Operations Coordinator Location: Sector 99, Gurugram, Haryana Industry: Cross-Weave Outdoor Furniture Manufacturing Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month Job Type: Full-time, On-site Job Overview: We are hiring a Production & Operations Coordinator to assist in day-to-day coordination between the design, procurement, and production teams. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily production schedules and ensure smooth workflow between departments. Track material requirements, order status, and delivery timelines. Communicate regularly with procurement, CAD, and workshop teams to avoid delays. Maintain records of ongoing and completed projects. Handle follow-ups with vendors, transporters, and team members. Assist in documentation, data entry, and inventory updates. Address minor operational issues and escalate concerns when necessary. Support the management in ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Requirements: Experience: 1–3 years of experience in coordination, office operations, or production support. Furniture or manufacturing background is a plus. Location: Only candidates residing near Sector 99, Gurugram , or able to travel daily will be considered. Skills: Good communication and follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email handling, and documentation. Organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of production workflow or furniture materials will be an advantage. Education: Graduate or Diploma in any stream. Candidates with relevant experience but no formal degree will also be considered. Other Details: Salary Range: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience and performance). Work Mode: Full-time, On-site only. Joining: Immediate or early joiners preferred.
