Job Description

Role Overview:

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison with clients and PMC for all project-related communication.
Organize and attend meetings, ensuring minutes, follow-ups, and actions are properly tracked.
Coordinate with design, fabrication, and installation teams to align project milestones.
Understand and communicate the basics of technical issues (mechanical/electrical/electronic).
Support in identifying and escalating technical challenges to the right experts.
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and data in a structured and accessible manner.
Monitor project progress and assist in ensuring deliverables are met on time.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Project Management / Science Communication (preferred but not mandatory).
Basic knowledge of mechanical and electronic systems (hands-on understanding is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
Good organizational and data management skills (MS Office, Excel, project tracking tools).
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to grasp technical challenges quickly.
Prior experience in
museum projects, exhibitions, or engineering coordination
will be an added advantage.
