Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Coordinate Project Activities:
You'll be the central point of contact, coordinating tasks and information flow between various departments.
Assist in Project Planning:
Work with project managers to create and maintain project schedules and timelines.
Manage Project Documentation:
Organize and maintain all project files, from technical specifications to communication logs.
Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR):
Collect and summarize project updates from different teams to compile comprehensive daily reports for stakeholders.
Data Management and Analysis:
Utilize
Microsoft Excel
to manage project data, perform calculations using formulas, and create clear, concise reports.
Support Stakeholder Communication:
Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing information to project teams and clients.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering is required.
Experience:
- 7-8 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role is a must.
Skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including a solid understanding of formulas.
