This role will drive on-ground business development, marketing, and operations to expand access, deepen partnerships, and improve patient experience—starting with our Diabetes 360 program. Role Overview We’re seeking a hands-on Program Lead to own the on-ground execution of BD, marketing, and operations across assigned geographies. You’ll build community and partner relationships, enable CHWs and field teams, run campaigns, and ensure operational excellence while meeting growth and health-outcome targets. Reporting to: State/Program Head Location: Field-based with frequent travel across blocks/districts Type: Full-time Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Partnerships · Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with government facilities, private providers, labs, pharmacies, employers, NGOs, and local influencers. · Drive channel growth for Diabetes 360 and other iKure services (screenings, enrollments, follow-ups, referrals, and paid services). · Negotiate and manage partner SLAs; set monthly targets and performance reviews. Marketing & Community Engagement · Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, health camps, and community events; ensure consistent brand messaging and effective IEC deployment. · Run demand-generation campaigns (workplaces, SHGs, Panchayat events) and measure lead-to-enrollment conversion. · Capture field insights and patient stories to refine messaging and offerings. Insurance & Product Enablement · Coordinate with insurance partners to streamline processes, claims support, and grievance resolution. · Train CHWs and field staff to explain health cards/insurance-linked benefits and drive adoption. Operations & Service Delivery · Plan routes, rosters, and resource allocation for camps/clinics; ensure stock, device calibration, and logistics (glucometers, strips, BP cuffs, scales). · Enforce SOPs for screening, referrals, data capture (WHIMS/app), consent/privacy, and incident reporting. · Close the loop on referrals and escalations; ensure high patient satisfaction. Data → Action · Track dashboards and weekly MIS (screenings, enrollments, conversions, collections, partner performance). · Run quick PDSA cycles to fix bottlenecks (e.g., low confirmation rates, adherence drop-offs). · Submit timely reports, case studies, and recommendations to leadership. Qualifications · Bachelor’s in Public Health, Social Work, Business/Marketing, or related field; MPH/MBA preferred. · 4–8 years of field program management or multi-stakeholder BD/ops roles in healthcare/CSR/public health. · Proven experience leading field teams (hiring, training, coaching) and delivering against monthly targets. · Strong relationship-building with communities, facilities, and partners; fluency in local language(s) and working English. · Comfortable with extensive field travel (60–70%) and occasional weekend events. · Proficient with mobile apps, dashboards, WhatsApp workflows, and basic Excel/MIS. Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on Diabetes Program Lead to own the end-to-end, on-ground rollout of Diabetes 360 across assigned geographies.
