Role Overview We’re seeking a hands-on Program Lead to own the on-ground execution of BD, marketing, and operations across assigned geographies. You’ll build community and partner relationships, enable CHWs and field teams, run campaigns, and ensure operational excellence while meeting growth and health-outcome targets.
