Role Overview

The Junior Project Coordinator will assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring healthcare projects in Karnataka. This role supports senior project leads and ensures smooth day-to-day operations, data collection, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Field Coordination: Support field teams in executing healthcare initiatives and resolving operational challenges.
• Data Collection & Reporting: Gather project-related data, maintain records, and prepare periodic reports.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with local communities, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to organizational standards and project guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Management, or related field.
• 2-3 / 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or healthcare operations. Experience working with NGOs, healthcare programs, or donor-funded projects.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

· Basic proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn project management tools for effective use of digital platforms such as Microsoft Teams and WHIMS for project collaboration and reporting.

• Ability to travel and work in rural/remote areas.

• Familiarity with healthcare programs or community development projects.
• Knowledge of local language and cultural context.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
