Job Overview:


  • We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience to lead customer acquisition and relationship development efforts in the field of

    additive manufacturing (3D printing)

    . The ideal candidate will possess both

    technical understanding

    of 3D printing technologies and

    business acumen

    , enabling them to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions across industries such as

    automotive, aerospace & defence, consumer electronics, healthcare, architecture

    , and more.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Industry Outreach & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients across various industries using market research, digital tools, events, and networking.
  • Create and manage a marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion.
  • Actively participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.


  • Client Consultation & Solution Mapping:

  • Understand client requirements and propose relevant 3D printing services, materials, and technologies based on their application and industry.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of additive manufacturing for rapid prototyping, small batch production, tooling, and end-use components.


  • Account Management & Upselling:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Follow up on quotations and ensure timely closure of deals.


  • Presentation & Proposal Development:

  • Prepare and deliver customized presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to specific client use cases.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of both technical and commercial aspects of 3D printing solutions.


  • Market Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide insights to the marketing and R&D teams for new service development and positioning.


Key Requirements:


  • Education:

  • MBA/BBA in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • A technical background (Engineering degree preferred) or working knowledge of 3D printing technologies is essential.


  • Experience:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, business development, or technical sales, preferably in additive manufacturing, manufacturing services, or engineering design services.


  • Skills:

  • Strong understanding of additive manufacturing processes (FDM, SLA, SLS, MJF, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and product design language is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
