Job Title: Project Coordinator Intern

Job Overview:

As a Project Coordinator Intern, you will act as a vital link between our clients and the internal Business Development Executives (BDE) team. Your role will focus on ensuring smooth communication, managing project coordination tasks, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between clients and the internal BDE/project teams.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the internal team.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups with clients and stakeholders.
• Draft, send, and respond to professional emails on behalf of the team.
• Maintain and manage client communication via email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Document meeting discussions, action items, and project progress updates.
• Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible.
• Help resolve project-related issues by facilitating clear communication between teams.
• Identify and escalate potential project risks or delays to supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic understanding of IT/software development processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Trello).
• Familiarity with email etiquette and professional communication.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
