As a BD Intern, you will assist in identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and contributing to the company’s business growth objectives. Key Responsibilities : Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the IT sector. Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Lead Generation : Generate leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, emails, cold calling, and networking. Maintain and update the client database. Client Engagement : Assist in preparing and delivering client presentations and proposals. Support in following up with potential leads and scheduling meetings with prospects. Sales Support : Collaborate with senior team members to develop sales strategies. Assist in preparing sales reports, proposals, and contracts. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and feedback management. Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background : Pursuing/completed a degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field. Technical Skills : Basic understanding of IT services and software solutions. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Soft Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Other Requirements : Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn. Prior experience in sales or marketing (preferred but not mandatory). Soft Skills : Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
