Role Overview

Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using
Microsoft Project (MSP)
.
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and present periodic progress reports and dashboards to senior management.
Analyze resource allocation and optimize utilization for timely project completion.
Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices.
Support risk management by identifying potential schedule risks and mitigation plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience:
612 years in planning and scheduling for building construction projects.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in
Microsoft Project (MSP)
mandatory.
Knowledge of Primavera P6 (preferred).

Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and resource planning.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Attributes

Experience in large-scale residential or commercial building projects.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
