Job Description

Role & responsibilities

roject Planning & Coordination

  • Assist Project Manager in

    project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking

  • Coordinate with

    site engineers, contractors, and vendors

    for smooth execution of works
  • Track

    daily, weekly, and monthly progress

    against project schedules

Site & Execution Support

  • Coordinate for

    mobilization of manpower, machinery, and materials

    at site
  • Monitor execution activities related to

    civil works, foundations, structures, and EPC scope

  • Support site team in resolving

    execution, sequencing, and coordination issues

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain

    project documentation

    including drawings, BOQs, work orders, MOMs, and approvals
  • Prepare and update

    progress reports, DPRs, and MIS

    for management review
  • Assist in preparation and certification of

    RA bills, measurement sheets, and client submissions

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Coordinate with

    suppliers, subcontractors, and service agencies

  • Track

    material delivery schedules

    and follow up on pending supplies
  • Liaise with

    clients, consultants, and inspection agencies

    for approvals and inspections

Cost, Quality & Schedule Control

  • Support monitoring of

    project cost, quantities, and variations

  • Ensure compliance with

    approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards

  • Assist in tracking

    quality tests, inspection reports, and compliance records

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with

    accounts, procurement, and billing teams

    for payments and invoicing
  • Support contract administration, amendments, and scope clarifications
  • Ensure timely flow of information between

    site and head office

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in

    Electrical Engineering

    or equivalent
  • 2 to 6 years of experience

    in

    infrastructure, construction, or solar EPC projects

  • Hands-on exposure to

    site coordination, project scheduling, and execution support

  • Experience in coordinating with

    site engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants

  • Working knowledge of

    BOQs, drawings, technical specifications, and measurement sheets

  • Familiarity with

    RA bills, billing coordination, and quantity tracking

  • Basic understanding of

    project planning tools

    and strong proficiency in

    MS Excel & MS Office

  • Experience in

    material tracking, manpower planning, and machinery mobilization

  • Knowledge of

    quality control procedures, testing requirements, and site documentation

  • Ability to prepare and interpret

    DPRs, MIS reports, and progress summaries

  • Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling

    multiple projects simultaneously

  • Willingness to travel to project sites and work in a

    fast-paced EPC environment

  • Professional attitude, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to timelines
