Job Description

  • Make

    outbound and inbound calls

    to prospective clients based on provided databases or leads
  • Generate and qualify

    sales leads

    for solar, infrastructure, and EPC services
  • Explain

    company profile, services, and project offerings

    clearly to potential clients
  • Understand customer requirements and

    identify business opportunities

  • Schedule

    meetings / site visits / follow-up calls

    for the sales or technical team
  • Maintain accurate

    call records, lead status, and follow-up details

    in CRM or Excel
  • Conduct

    regular follow-ups

    to nurture leads and move them through the pre-sales funnel
  • Coordinate with

    sales, technical, and estimation teams

    for proposal support
  • Share feedback on

    market trends, customer responses, and competitor activity

  • Meet

    daily/weekly calling targets

    and lead-conversion objectives
  • Handle basic customer queries and ensure

    professional communication

    at all times
  • Support sales team in

    quotation follow-ups and document collection

    when required

    Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate / Diploma / 12th pass (any discipline)
  • 0 to 6 years of experience

    in telecalling, pre-sales, inside sales, or lead-generation roles
  • Experience in

    B2B services, solar, infrastructure, real estate, EPC, or construction

    preferred
  • Strong

    verbal communication skills

    in Hindi & English (local language is an added advantage)
  • Confident in making

    outbound calls

    , explaining services, and handling customer queries
  • Ability to

    identify and qualify leads

    based on customer requirements
  • Comfortable working with

    daily calling targets and follow-up schedules

  • Basic working knowledge of

    MS Excel, CRM tools, or lead-management sheets

  • Good listening skills with a

    customer-centric and persuasive approach

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently
  • Professional attitude, polite calling etiquette, and result-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn about

    solar EPC projects, infrastructure services, and technical offerings
