We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele callers / Tele-Executives to join our DSA Loan Process team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers over the phone, explaining loan products, generating leads, and coordinating with the sales and operations team to complete the loan process successfully. This role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and a basic understanding of financial products. Freshers who are willing to learn the loan process are welcome. Roles & Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided data Identify customer requirements and pitch suitable loan products such as: Personal Loan Home Loan Business Loan Car Loan Explain loan details including eligibility, interest rates, tenure, EMI, and documentation Generate quality leads and convert inquiries into loan applications Follow up with customers for document collection and application status Coordinate with internal sales, credit, and operations teams Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally Ensure compliance with company and banking guidelines
