Job Description

We're Hiring: Darwinbox Implementation Consultant

Experience:5+ Years

About the Role:


Darwinbox Implementation Consultant


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead implementation projects for Darwinbox modules including Core HR, Payroll, Leave, Attendance, Performance, and more
  • Gather and analyze client requirements through discovery sessions
  • Configure Darwinbox system as per business needs and ensure successful UAT and deployment
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including HR, IT, and product teams
  • Train end-users and support change management during rollout
  • Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure timely communication on milestones


Required Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in

    HRMS/ERP implementation

    , preferably Darwinbox
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Experience managing end-to-end implementation lifecycle (requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, support)
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within timelines
  • Knowledge of data migration, integration, and reporting tools is a plus


Preferred Skills

  • Darwinbox Certification or hands-on experience with multiple modules
  • Background in HR or consulting services
  • Technical proficiency with Excel, SQL, and basic APIs a plus
